Cancellation & Rain Check Policies

Reservation deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE!

 

All cancellations must be called in the at least the day before your rental.

 

Here at Extreme Inflatables, LLC, we do our best to accommodate all customers in times of unforeseen weather and/or emergency conditions. For this reason, we stay tuned day and night to the local weather conditions. We ask that all customers do their part and stay informed as to any weather conditions approaching their area. In order for us to better serve all customers, we have developed what we feel is a fair policy for cancellations and rain checks. Sometimes rain may be occurring in one town but not the town right next to it, and it might only last a few minutes. For this reason WE DO NOT CANCEL DUE TO WEATHER, this decision is left solely to the customer. Please feel free to give us a call should you have any questions regarding our policies. Reservation Policies:

Required within 48 hours from the time the order is taken to guarantee reservation (24 hrs. if order is placed the same week as the rental). Minimum $35 deposit per bounce and $50 deposit per slide. NON-REFUNDABLE. Deposits are only for customer who do not have a valid credit card.  Customers with a valid credit card will not be charged a deposit.  The card is only used to hold the booking.  However, you must cancel within a 24 hour period or we will charge you a deposit. If cancelled due to weather or emergency, only customers who have paid a deposit will have there deposit held for up to one (1) year from rental date in a rain check file. Only for those two reasons will a refund be held in a rain check file, no exceptions.  No refunds will be given once equipment contract is signed, so please inform us in advance if canceling your rental.  Deposits can be cash or check. The check must be received 48 hours after the reservation and must be at least one week prior to the rental, if not, then a credit card must be used for the deposit.  The full balance will be charged at the time of delivery, essentially you credit card number will act as your deposit.  The total or remaining balance will be due at the time of delivery.

 

Canceling a Rental:

Customer should call by 5:00 PM the day before their rental to check on their scheduled delivery time. In order for all customers to be delivered on time we occasionally deliver several hours in advance of scheduled rental time. The customer is responsible for notifying the office BETWEEN 6-8AM OR BEFORE THE DRIVER DELIVERS ON THE DAY OF THEIR RENTAL IF THEY NEED TO CANCEL THE RENTAL. Once the equipment is delivered there is NO REFUND. All decisions to cancel due to weather or any other reason need to be made BEFORE the scheduled delivery time, even if the equipment is delivered early. We ask that the customer be informed of all weather conditions approaching by watching or listening to their local news. If a verbal acceptance of the delivery is given over the phone on the morning of the delivery and the customer declines the rental when the driver gets to the rental location, the customer loses their deposit and no rain check will be given.
